• To process, pack, deliver or prepare your order for collection, and to contact you about it.
• To handle returns, refunds and customer service queries.
• To send specials and news, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep our website secure and working properly, and to meet our legal obligations.

Sharing your information

We only share what is necessary with service providers who help us run the store, such as our payment gateway, delivery drivers and website host. They may only use it to provide that service. We do not sell your personal information.

Our website uses essential cookies to keep your trolley and account working. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the shop may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required by law (generally five years for tax purposes) and other information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above.
